What can I do in Shelfglint today?

Create a private workspace and connect Amazon Seller Central. After the Amazon application is configured and you authorize access, Shelfglint reads your seller listings and inventory. Setup does not seed customer or product records or change listings.

Who can see my shop’s workspace?

Each shop has a separate workspace scoped to its signed-in owner’s account. Other shop owners cannot see it.

Who chooses the first channel?

Amazon Seller Central is Shelfglint’s first channel. The signed-in shop owner starts the connection from their private workspace and grants access through Amazon.

Why is owner-provided API access needed?

The owner must authorize Shelfglint through Amazon, and the Amazon application must have the required seller API access. Saving a channel choice alone does not grant access.

Are live inventory checks or corrections running now?

Shelfglint can read live Amazon listings and inventory only after the required Amazon application access is configured and the owner authorizes the connection. If access is missing or denied, the workspace shows a pending or failure state and no substitute records. Shelfglint does not change listings.
